Delivery
Online sessions will be delivered as mp3 or video. They are hold via Zoom or Teams.
The delivery of all orders happens after the payment has been received and an arrangement of dates which is binding for both sides (for coaching, readings, treatments).
Payments
We accept payments via Squareup only and also cash for home visits.
Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled (with full refund) or changed till 12 hours before. If the client misses an appointment, the whole payment will be kept. If the provider misses an appointment, the whole payment will be refunded or an alternative appointment will be offered if the client wishes to do so.
Return Policy
Just in case, someone isn’t happy with a session, the whole amount will be refunded, exclusive all banktransfer costs, within 2 weeks

– We collect data from you, when you order something or fill out a form on our website.
– When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, address and/or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
